Gotta keep this one short. Heading out to Ohio today and get back on the 19th. The 23-24th I head down to San Fransisco, followed by New York on the 27-30.

In New York we’re meeting with a couple prospective clients while also doing a photo shoot on the roof of a New York building — should be pretty interesting.

I’m putting together editorial for the next couple issues, so if you’ve got any ideas or want to write, let me know here.

Every time I post, I always go through the same question. How do I start it off? Hi, hey, how are you doing, what’s up, aloha? I then decided, that being as I’m not actually posting to any particular individual, I will no longer have any introduction, and will just put up postings and updates. This was a big decision…really.

This week was extremely busy. We went to press with our second issue, which ran just over 40,000 copies.

You can see the cover on the left. Our feature was on Garage Band Economics, where we interviewed a local band about the money side of starting a band.

On a different note, Oregon State University students have a tradition of going down to Lake Shasta each year, renting house boats for the weekend, and having a good time. I’m sure you can all imagine the craziness that happens when you bring half of a University to a lake on houseboats. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go this weekend because of all the issues of the magazine going to press, but rest assured, I’ll be there next year.

In 2 weeks I’ll be flying out to Ohio for a couple days, then flying to San Fransisco, and then making my way back up to Oregon. Then I fly out to NYC for our next photo shoot at the end of May. We’ve got some good ideas for shots, but you’ll just have to wait until the next issue.

Time to get back to work.
