Things have finally settled down (a little) after our latest issue came out featuring Miri Ben-Ari, The Hip-Hop Violinist (read about her above). In my opinion it is one of our best issues to date. Also with the release of this issue we are doing our first READER SURVERY (click here) in addition to a drawing to win $1,000.
Please take the time to fill out our survey and let me know what you think. We’ve gotten some very encouraging, and inspiring feedback, the stuff that really keeps me going. In fact, some of it is so good, we may even publish some of the comments in the next issue. Fill out our survey and who knows, maybe your feedback could be in the next issue, anonymously of course for privacy reasons.
Secondly, unlike most “drawings” and “prizes,” where you just assume no one actually wins, we’re actually giving out $1,000 cash. I know, because I had to approve it. Furthermore, your odds of winning with us are ridiculously high since this is our first survey, and not many people know about it.
On a completely unrelated, but slightly humorous note, as I’m writing this as I’m sitting in first class on a cross country flight from San Francisco to Baltimore. For starters, first class is the bomb, they actually serve meals! But what’s funny is that I’m the youngest one up here by at least 20 years, and while everyone else is partaking in the free wine, guess who the only person in first class drinking Mountain Dew? I’ll give you a hint, it’s not gramps sitting in row 3…
